Work and Technology as an Object of Pre-Occupational Education
The stage of general education precedes vocational training. It is just as important as initial vocational training and is the first step into the labor market. ITB research perceives the acquisition of professional competence as a continuous development and understands it as a status reached, which relies on its own prerequisites and, in turn, is a prerequisite in itself. For this reason, pre-occupational education is also studied.
