Facilitator Composition and Organisation

Modules

The following modules are available in the framework of the seminar programme*

Each of the modules consists of a basic qualification that will take the form of a seminar with defined contents, form, and duration. Typically a seminar consists of a methodical theoretic basic qualification, applied exercises, and reflection. Upon successful participation in one of the modules participants receive a confirmation of participaftion for this module. This participation certificate does not entitle to use the label "TVET (specialisation) facilitator".

Each seminar module

– is conducted in groups of maximum 15 participants,
– communicates theoretic and methodological qualifications,
– includes application exercises,
– and comprises reflection phases.

Standard sections

Seminar modules are grouped to standard sections. For each of the standard sections it is possible to acquire a certificate "TVET (specialisation) facilitator". For the conditions under which such a certificate is awarded see the certification standards**.

On request from institutions, organisations and associations of the TVET practice and development sector it is possible to regroup seminar modules according to the clients’ needs provided that a complete seminar is booked.
