If certificates for all three sections on one of the levels are available, a summative certificate "TVET facilitator" or "TVET facilitator trainer" can be awarded.

Practical projects

In order to be awarded a certificate "TVET specialisation facilitator" participants are required to apply the instruments and methods learnt in real-world projects after having completed the seminar-based qualification.

The participants work on their own or in cooperation with other participants on projects according to the section of study (see below).

An internet platform is available for discussions on technical, pedagogical and organisational issues. In this platform moderators will be available for monitoring discussions as well as participants and certificate holders as partners for reflective discussions on the learning processes and the application of the instruments (intervision).

The process and results as well as the process of intervision will be documented by the candidate. The documentation of the learning process and of the results is the basis for the final evaluation and certification.
