With its three main sections the seminar programme addresses both, vocational
training practice and vocational training planning and -development.
Target Groups of the Programme are:
- Trainers
- Vocational school teachers
- Further education trainers
- Training managers
- Experts working in the human resource development
- Curriculum developers
- Planers for vocational education
After having successfully completed a seminar programme according to the standards
and having submitted additional documents and work samples, the participants
are awarded a certificate* provided that the conditions for getting awarded
a certificate** are met. This certificate attests that the holder has learnt,
either for one of the sections or for the complete programme, to plan, implement,
or to evaluate innovative vocational education and training based on the instruments
and methods.
* The certificate is awarded by the holder of the label "TVET facilitator"
or its proxies, respectively. Currently the holder of the label – the
carrier – is the Institut Technik und Bildung, University of Bremen.
