The workshop aims to contribute to the valorisation of the outcomes of LEONARDO survey and analysis strand projects.
It is targeted towards an improvement of the awareness of policy makers and VET-field workers about the new findings of survey and analysis projects.
It confronts the current concepts of VET with new ideas arising from LEONARDO survey and analysis projects towards the role of VET in shaping social innovations in Europe.

The workshop provides an opportunity for the dissemination and debate of the main findings of a number of LEONARDO survey and analysis projects around four specific VET-policy fields:

  •  Occupational skills and the promotion of employment
  •  The contribution of vocational education and training to innovations in SME's
  •  The contribution of vocational education and training in regional development
  •  Social dialogue in vocational education and training.
