On June 30, 2023, Eva Koball (bremen digitalmedia) and Kristina Kühn (Institute Technology and Education, ITB) presented the initial lessons learned from the Avanja and F.IT projects at the Women in Tech stage during the IT Career Summit 2023 in Hamburg. These projects aim to increase the participation of women in the IT industry addressing different target groups.

The ITCS Conference in
Hamburg featured over 80 exhibitors, and the supporting program included
approximately 40 workshops, talks, and keynotes. The event attracted more than
3,000 visitors. Representatives from both projects, including Valerie Ambrosi
(ITB) and Laura Heissenbüttel (bremen digitalmedia), were present at a shared
booth. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the projects, engage
with the team, and ask individual questions.
