The presentation focused on concepts and learning paths that were developed specifically to promote the skills of in-company trainers. The following were presented:
- personas based on research results, which make the target group for the practical development of the learning paths tangible,
- the ‘HaBA-competence model’ as a reference framework for the orientation of the learning paths,
- and the learning paths themselves, which are available on the leando.de platform of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).
The committee members showed great interest in the results presented. They emphasised in particular the importance of closely linking the learning paths to the AEVO-courses (trainer qualification exam) and highlighted motivational elements such as the linking of digital certificates such as badges.
The presentation made a significant contribution to transferring the project results into practice. The project team will now further examine the results in a feasibility analysis, with a particular focus on the implementation of personalised learning paths with badges. Initial partial results will also be made available for vocational training practice via the concepts of the Kompetenzwerkstatt.
