The ITB welcomes Professor Martin Mulder as guest scientist

Prior to his retirement in 2017, Martin Mulder was Professor of Education with a focus on vocational education and training and Head of the Department "Education and Competence Studies" at Wageningen University, The Netherlands. He held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Agricultural Education and Extension and was Board Member of other relevant journals (e.g. Journal of Workplace Learning), won several research awards (including the VET Research Award of the European Commission) and published over 350 articles in international journals.

Of his many commitments, one should be highlighted: Professor Mulder was initiator and co-founder of the European Research Network Vocational Education and Training (VETNET) of the European Educational Research Association.

As a former member of the Scientific Advisory Board, he is well known to the ITB and we are very pleased to have won an internationally highly respected and esteemed scientist as our guest scientist.
