The contribution showcased research results from the DEVISE4KE project in Kenya, highlighting how Learning and Work Tasks (LWTs) can bridge structural gaps in vocational education and training (VET) when access to industry and infrastructure is limited. The findings emphasize the importance of teacher professional development, the integration of digital competencies, and the role of industry partnerships in strengthening VET in rural areas.
The conference provided an excellent opportunity for exchange with international colleagues. Inspiring lectures, lively discussions, and a vibrant academic atmosphere in Belgrade made this a valuable experience for both research and practice.
