In the project “Development and testing of an e-portfolio concept for career guidance in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania based on ‘Mission ICH’”, the ITB is developing a digital e-portfolio concept for school-based career guidance in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Building on the FutureBox, which has been successfully established in Bremen, the system is being adapted to the framework conditions of the state-wide Mission ICH concept and tested in selected pilot schools. The aim is to provide digital support to students in the independent documentation, reflection, and design of their career orientation. At the same time, teachers will be trained through continuing education programs, and key transfer conditions for implementation will be examined. The project thus makes an important contribution to the long-term establishment of digitally supported career orientation in the education system of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
