During the writing week, she worked on the outline of her cumulative dissertation. Frieda Klaus worked on her first article, which examines the innovation orientation of trainers in inter-company training centres. Christoph Leupold tested optimisation methods for the design of additively manufactured multi-material components. Daniel Weerts used the writing week to structure topics that have been analysed and worked on so far in the field of AI-based problem solving in an industrial environment. Nils Weinowski was finalising his manuscript and critically discussing the individual chapters in the group. Julia Tietjen worked on an article on poverty and gender in which she analyses care and motherhood in the context of paternal and state responsibility for care and communities as alternative structures. Marija Cubalevska used the writing week to work intensively on an article on the conditions for the creation of and participation in language courses for Ukrainian refugees in Macedonia.
