Waterbiotech – Biotechnology for Africa’s sustainable water supply

Africa is the world’s second driest continent faces mounting challenges in providing enough safe water for its growing population. Wastewater treatment technologies and reuse applied for the treatment of polluted water resources can play an important role in addressing this challenge. The project WATERBIOTECH is conceived to find adequate solution to the water scarcity in Africa.
