An interdisciplinary approach provided by the project consortium: In addition to the ITB, the Institute for Laser and Plant Technology (iLAS) of the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (project management) as well as the companies “on campus“ and “consider it“ are involved. After defining the interfaces of the project and the requirements for the application, the training of the artificial intelligence for the evaluation of the users' documents is the subject of the current project work.

On October 4, 2021, the kick-off meeting for the project “Artificial Intelligence as a Mentoring Solution“ (KIM) took place at the Institut für Laser- und Anlagentechnik (iLAS) at the TUHHHamburg University of Technology. The main goal of the project is the development of an AI solution that develops targeted training curricula for users of professional training platforms based on their professional and career aspirations. In the kick-off meeting, initial ideas regarding the requirements for a continuing education platform, technical implementation options and necessary interfaces were already discussed and defined.

KIM is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) as part of the INVITE program.
