IMMO-TEC - Development of action-oriented and competence-based teaching/learning arrangements for the vocational training of real estate agents in the field of climate and energy efficiency

The project "IMMO-TEC: Development of action-oriented and competence-based teaching/learning arrangements for vocational training of real estate agents in the field of climate and energy efficiency" is to be assigned to the strategic future field “space” - project family: "climate-friendly construction". In relation to the region of the Rhenish mining area new requirement profiles for construction industry and thus also for real estate industry will be necessary in everyday professional life and associated action-oriented competencies of employees.

The Immo-Tec project aims at developing and testing action-oriented and competence-based teaching/learning arrangements for vocational training of real estate agents and to making them available for constant use in EkoZet (Energie Kompetenz-Zentrum Rhein-Erft-Kreis). For this purpose, specific learning situations are to be developed which, also with a view to informal learning, are focused on the competence development of trainees in the real estate sector and can be carried out in the form of practical modules at extracurricular learning location EkoZet. The teaching/learning units (LLE) to be developed are structured in such a way that they complement action-oriented teaching of vocational colleges concerned in the region. Within the framework of IMMO-TEC, the ITB is responsible in particular for didactic preparation of teaching/learning units and evaluation of trials.
