Qualitätsvergleich von Qualifizierungsprozessen bei Mechatronikern: Phase II

Anbahnung einer Bildungskooperation Deutschland/USA – Binationale Vergleichsstudie über die Ausbildung von Mechatronikern in der Automobilindustrie.

Phase II concentrates on the concretization of the discussion that a binational comparative study in the form of a benchmark is further detailed and carried through. It will be aimed to identify the conformities and the differences in the training of car mechatronics in the automotive industry in both countries. Another question to clarify is whether any differences in the training quality could be identified. The methodological approach for the comparison is based on comparative indicators. They will be identified based on the work requirements in the automotive industry as well as on curricular targets.

In Phase II erfolgt eine Konkretisierung der Diskussionen dahingehend, dass eine binationale Vergleichsstudie im Form eines Benchmark konkretisiert und durchgeführt wird. Zielsetzung dabei ist heraus zu arbeiten, worin Übereinstimmungen oder Unterschiede in der Ausbildung von Mechatronikern in der Automobilindustrie der beiden Länder festzumachen und ob Unterschiede in der Ausbildungsqualität zu identifizieren sind. Der methodische Ansatz für den Vergleich baut auf vergleichbare Indikatoren auf. Diese werden auf der Basis der Arbeitsanforderungen in der Automobilindustrie und den curricularen Vorgaben erarbeitet.
