Developing countries suffer from chronic energy deficiency. The renewable energy, particularly solar energy, can substantially contribute to solve this problem. The project PRE is conceived to demonstrate the possibility and potentiality of decentralized solar power generation for urban households as well as for Small and Middle scale Enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh.
